Job Description Join a reputable agricultural equipment company as an Irrigation Technician based in Beatrice, NE. In this field-based role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing center pivot irrigation systems and related ag equipment. Ideal for mechanically inclined professionals with a background in ag services, this position offers a dynamic outdoor work environment and the chance to grow with a stable company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on center pivot irrigation systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components
- Operate diagnostic tools and power equipment in the field
- Maintain service documentation and daily work records
- Deliver excellent service while working independently in varying outdoor conditions
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with irrigation systems (center pivot preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working at heights up to 15 feet and lifting up to 80 pounds
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and alcohol test
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with center pivot systems such as Reinke
- Familiarity with ag equipment brands like New Holland, Kubota, Land Pride, or Farm King
- Exposure to GPS-controlled or remote irrigation systems

The base salary range for this position is $56,160–$93,600, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
