Job Description:
A reputable pediatric nonprofit healthcare organization is seeking an Interim Billing Manager to oversee their full medical revenue cycle operations. In this role, you will ensure accuracy and efficiency across scheduling, prior authorizations, billing, collections, and denial management. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced billing leader to support a mission-driven organization while providing essential oversight and guidance to the billing team.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete medical revenue cycle, including scheduling, billing, collections, and denial resolution
• Manage and review prior authorizations to ensure accuracy and timely submission
• Monitor, research, and resolve claim denials efficiently
• Train, support, and lead billing team members to maintain accurate workflows
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel, to track and report billing metrics

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of medical billing or revenue cycle experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong knowledge of the full medical revenue cycle, including scheduling, prior authorizations, and denials
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Word and Excel
• Experience working in a healthcare or nonprofit environment preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of medical billing or revenue cycle experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
