Job Description
As an Inspector/Rewinder, you will be responsible for operating equipment to inspect, rewind, and process product rolls according to quality standards and production specifications. This role plays a critical part in ensuring defect-free materials are passed on to the next production phase. You will also assist with specialty or R&D items and support other departments when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Rewind rolls to remove defects, make proper splices, and label finished product
- Enter production data accurately into Unity Business Software
- Operate tow motor/forklift and overhead hoist to transport materials
- Inspect materials for defects and maintain quality and safety standards
- Assist in other production areas as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to safely operate tow motor/forklift and overhead hoist
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow work instructions and safety protocols
- Comfortable using a tape measure and entering data into a computer system
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
- Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment

The base pay range for this position is $15.00–$16.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
