Job Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage customer relationships, provide quotes, and close sales. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, recommending solutions, and managing online inventory and email communications. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team, handle multiple tasks, and maintain strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and contributing to sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and prepare accurate sales quotes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and support client needs.
- Manage online inventory, email communications, and related sales documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and seamless customer service.
- Stay up to date on industry developments and communicate activity updates to management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field preferred.
