Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s growing team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering the potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Identify and qualify potential leads through phone, email, and online research
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
Customer Engagement
- Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Understand customer needs and tailor product/service solutions accordingly
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
Sales Process Management
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing
- Present product/service features and benefits effectively
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
Sales Performance
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Track and report sales activities and results
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., GSS) to manage leads, opportunities, and customer data
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal: Strong ability to build rapport and trust
- Sales: Proven sales experience with a track record of success
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills
- CRM: Proficiency with CRM software (experience with GSS preferred)
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of sales experience (inside sales preferred)
- Experience with cold calling and outbound sales strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position, which is $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
