Injection Mold Machine Set-Up Process Technician 1st shift
What Matters Most
- Schedule: 7am- 3:30pm Monday – Friday
- Payrate: $19/hr.
- Location: Painesville area
As a Mold Machine Set-up Process Technician, you will set-up and start injection mold machines. Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on tooling and fixtures.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and tear down molds on production equipment
- Make adjustments to tooling, machines, and fixtures
- Start and monitor production runs
- Perform parameter adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Complete first-piece inspections
- Maintain accurate documentation for repairs and production activity
- Inspect and clean molds following production
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Injection molding process experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to complete basic reporting and documentation
- High school diploma required
- Technical training or certifications preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary for this position is $19/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
