Job Description
Monitor and maintain industrial booth systems by recording and analyzing operational data, troubleshooting equipment issues, and operating systems such as pumps, reverse osmosis equipment, and forklifts. This role supports efficient operations and a zero-waste-to-landfill process by ensuring overspray materials are properly collected and sent for reuse. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work hands-on with industrial equipment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support total booth operations within the paint booth environment
- Record, track, and analyze operational data to maintain system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve pump and equipment issues
- Operate and maintain a reverse osmosis system
- Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment as needed
- Monitor processes to support a zero-waste-to-landfill program, ensuring overspray paint is properly handled and recycled
- Use basic tools to perform maintenance and system adjustments
- Maintain accurate records and follow operational procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Excel databases
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills to evaluate products and applications
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a hands-on industrial or manufacturing environment
- Forklift operation experience
- Knowledge of industrial pump systems
- Experience with reverse osmosis systems

The base pay range for this position is $22/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
