Job Description
Utility Concrete Products LLC is seeking an HR Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role will assist employee records, HR inquiries, and onboarding while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Respond to employee and applicant questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and hiring processes.
- Assist with employee attendance and leave tracking.
- Prepare employment verifications and support unemployment claim processing.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and escalate sensitive matters when necessary
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
