Job Description
We are seeking a dependable General Labor associate to join a heat treat operation in Medina, OH. In this role, you will move and rack automotive parts, stack racks, and assist with operating heat treat machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts and perform physical tasks throughout the day. It is a temporary-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability and growth potential.
Responsibilities:
• Move and rack automotive parts for processing
• Stack and organize racks for production flow
• Operate and monitor heat treat machines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Ability to lift, move, and stack materials consistently throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a heat treat/manufacturing environment
