Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and drive full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles. This position requires a confident, experienced recruiter who excels in a fast-paced environment and can thrive while supporting a high-touch, high-expectation hiring manager. The ideal candidate has emotional intelligence, professionalism, and resilience to work with a manager who expects dedicated support, consistent communication, and strong partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare and/or IT positions (from intake to offer acceptance)
- Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines for high-demand roles
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, adapting to their communication and workflow style
- Provide regular updates, metrics, and feedback to ensure alignment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the ATS
- Support onboarding coordination when needed
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience—healthcare or IT recruiting required
- Proven success managing high-volume or specialized roles
- Strong sourcing experience across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to stay calm, motivated, and solution-oriented in challenging interpersonal situations
- High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to a manager with a strong, high-priority leadership style
- Knowledge of employment regulations and healthcare credentialing (preferred)

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $25-$28 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
