Job Description
Join a Leading Force in the Livestock Marketing Industry – Credit & Loan Administration Role
Step into a key role with a well-established and respected company in the livestock marketing industry, headquartered in the Omaha area. With a customer base spanning across 10 states, they are known for the commitment to excellence and long-standing industry leadership.
As a vital member of the credit and finance team, you will be responsible for administering and servicing a variety of credit and loan products. You’ll work directly alongside the SVP of Credit and the company President, playing an integral part in maintaining and expanding relationships with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and verify credit information – financials, balance sheets, Income tax returns, lien searches, credit bureau reports
- Must be skilled in preparation of trend analysis, credit summaries, and presentations to loan committee
- Prep loan documents, analyzing feed bills, and maintaining working knowledge of hedging/ marketing practices is a must (risk management)
- Relationship maintenance to current customers
- Monitor and verify customer inventory and verification of accuracy against PLCC records
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Ag lending experience
- Bachelors in Ag Business, Economics, Animal Science or similar Ag fields
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and willingness to learn other programs involved in loan documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely Matter
- Team Player, work in a team environment
- Knowledge of the Beef & Pork livestock business & risk management is a preference

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $110,000, excluding bonuses or additional compensation. Final compensation will be based on your experience, qualifications, skillset, location, and internal pay equity. While this role does not include traditional benefits, it does offer a highly competitive bonus structure with strong earning potential within the first year.
