Job Description.
We are currently hiring a laborer for our client, a leading Midwest manufacturer of custom case goods, furniture and components for customers in the hospitality, retail, senior living and medical fields. We combine high-tech production methods with Midwestern craftsmanship and innovation.
Includes cabinet assembly, basic light manufacturing duties and packaging finished products. Company training will be provided. Experience a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials and finished panels for quality and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Record production data and report any deviations or issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
- Includes cabinet assembly
- Basic light manufacturing duties
- Packaging finished products.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Willing to train anyone with some manufacturing experience.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift to 40 lbs.

The base salary range for this position is $19/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
