Job Description
As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator, you will use material handling and computer equipment to support warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and order picking. Ideal candidates are experienced with Crown stand-up reach forklifts and are safety-conscious team players with a strong work ethic.
As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator, you will use material handling and computer equipment to support warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and order picking. Ideal candidates are experienced with Crown stand-up reach forklifts and are safety-conscious team players with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Operate stand-up reach forklift to perform warehousing, shipping, and receiving duties
- Use RF terminal to locate and pull correct product and lot numbers
- Prepare and repackage orders to meet shipping and receiving specifications
- Follow all safety procedures for equipment operation and facility guidelines
- Keep work area and equipment clean and well-maintained
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current certification and recent experience operating stand-up reach forklifts (Crown preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Strong eye/hand coordination and motor skills

The base pay range for this position is $20/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
