Responsibilities
- Support billing and accounts receivable functions
- Handle full billing operations, including quarterly billing calculations
- Assist with project-based finance tasks and process improvements
- Maintain high attention to detail in all financial reporting and documentation
- Collaborate internally with service and operations teams
- Provide general administrative and financial reporting support to the finance team
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting &/or Finance focus preferred)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance environment
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Basic Microsoft Office Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs a plus)
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Exposure & Desire to want to contribute to a small financial firm
- Open to an “open desk” office environment
- Willingness to be flexible to take on new roles
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
