Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to ensure the successful implementation and oversight of social responsibility programs at the site level. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the highest standards of biosecurity, food safety, animal welfare, and environmental compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing compliance programs aligned with regulatory and customer standards
- Ensure food safety and quality compliance (GMP, HACCP, FDA, USDA, etc.)
- Support and maintain SQF program, train staff on food safety practices
- Conduct audits and monitor corrective actions
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including follow-ups
- Track flock data and site compliance activities
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to improve processes
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience with compliance monitoring and program implementation
- Knowledge of poultry industry and relevant state and federal regulations
- Ability to obtain necessary licenses/certifications
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Able to work in various climate conditions and physical environments

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
