Job Description
Join an industry-leading manufacturer of composite pressurized vessels and play a vital role in precision production. As an Extrusion Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running and monitoring extrusion equipment, performing adjustments as needed, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machines according to production specifications.
- Perform routine machine adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following company safety procedures.
- Complete basic documentation and reporting related to production runs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Extrusion machine operation experience preferred
- Good hand / eye coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Dependability and adaptability are key characteristics
- Ability to work with a team and alone
- Pre-screening interview/testing is required

The base salary for this position is $17/hr. or more depending on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will be based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and company pay structure. Hiring at the top of the range is rare, allowing room for future growth.
