Job Description
We are seeking Bartenders to support a prestigious formal event in LaGrange, GA. As part of the bar service team, you’ll play an essential role in delivering exceptional beverage service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Duties include setting up and breaking down the bar area, preparing and serving drinks, monitoring alcohol service responsibly, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting overall event operations with professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering top-tier customer service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable and personalized bar experience
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, adhering to the dress code and representing the bar team in a manner that reflects the company’s standards
• Approach each event with enthusiasm, positivity, and a can-do attitude, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for clients and guests
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while following all safety and compliance guidelines
• Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service at all times
• Possess the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as events may occur during non-traditional hours
