Responsibilities
- Perform detailed assembly of small parts and components
- Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete production tasks
- Follow work instructions and assembly guidelines to ensure product quality
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have experience with small parts assembly
- Experience with small parts assembly or other similar hands-on work preferred
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions and assembly documentation
- Solid time management and reliability
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and subject to E-Verify
