Job Description
Play a critical role in partnering with a metal and steel manufacturer as an Electronic Assembler for a local, fast-growing company that has been in business for over 100 years in Omaha, NE. In this role, you'll be self-directed and quality-minded, contributing to a team that values problem-solving and craftsmanship. Take pride in assembling high-quality products and collaborating with other departments to ensure precision and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Mechanical assembly of various-sized structural and electrical components
• Electrical installations according to wiring specifications
• Operate tools to aid in the assembly of cable reels
• Connect color-coded wires and perform electrical testing and adjustments
• Identify and resolve assembly issues in collaboration with supervisors or engineers
• Provide input on design issues to engineering and sales teams
• Participate in field service and start-up duty opportunities
• Verify the accuracy of engineering, sales, and manufacturing specifications to ensure product quality

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience with electrical or mechanical assembly
• Experience operating cut-off saws and drill presses
• Soldering experience (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints (preferred)
• Proficient in using measurement devices
