Job Description
Play a key role in supporting the Inventory Department for a global leader in heating, cooling, and water heating equipment. As a Drexel Operator, you will operate a Drexel (swing‑mast) forklift to manage inventory movement, perform cycle counts, stock rotation, and ensure all materials are stored accurately within narrow‑aisle warehouse environments. This position is critical to maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency in daily warehouse inventory operations.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Drexel/Swing-Mast Forklift to move inventory throughout the facility
- Perform cycle counts, stock checks, labeling, and inventory audits
- Locate, move, and place inventory into correct rack positions
- Support product storage, put-away, and replenishment
- Use handheld scanners (ADC devices) to locate, add, or deduct inventory
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
- Assist with inbound and outbound product movement when needed
- Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Work collaboratively with inventory, shipping/receiving, and warehouse teams
- Perform other warehouse and inventory duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required (must be proven at interview)
- Experience operating a Drexel or swing-mast forklift required (or strong reach truck experience with willingness to train)
- Must have at least 6 month on a Drexel Required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse
- Ability to work at heights up to 35 feet, if required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and basic computer systems
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Must pass a background check and drug screen

Pay Transparency Statement
The base pay for this position is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation may vary based on shift, experience, qualifications, location, and internal pay equity.
