Job Description
As a Dispatcher, you will coordinate drivers, work crews, vehicles, and equipment to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. You will manage schedules, routes, and communications between supervisors, crews, and customers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers, work crews, and equipment according to customer needs and operational requirements
- Calculate and adjust delivery routes to optimize efficiency and comply with Federal DOT regulations
- Relay work orders, messages, and updates between crews, supervisors, and customers
- Prepare daily schedules, work orders, and maintain accurate records of services, charges, and inventory
- Communicate with employees and resolve service or equipment issues promptly
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience with LTL freight carriers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and remain calm in fast-paced environments
- Forklift experience preferred

The base pay range for this position is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
