Job Description
• Lead the Project Management function within a well-established commercial construction organization
• Oversee and develop a team of Project Managers and construction administrative staff
• Drive accountability, consistency, and execution across all active construction projects
• Act as the primary escalation point for project challenges, client concerns, and decision-making
• Partner cross-functionally with Pre-Construction and Field Operations leadership to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
• Maintain high standards for customer experience, team collaboration, and operational excellence
Responsibilities
• Manage, coach, and develop Project Managers to enhance performance and career growth
• Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability across the PM team
• Lead problem-solving efforts on complex or escalated project issues
• Ensure consistency in project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment across departments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within construction operations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
