Job Description:    
As a Digital Solution Architect, you will be the mastermind spearheading the digital transformation within the digital space. This organization is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of our Digital Platforms leveraging Microsoft Azure, Databricks, React, and Node.js. This strategic role requires architecting cloud-native, API-first solutions aligned with the U.S. customer journey to enable seamless, secure, and scalable digital experiences supporting commercial effectiveness and global integration. You will be the key figure providing architectural vision and technical direction to guide development teams to success.
  
Responsibilities:       
- Architect and Design Solutions: Lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient API-first solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, microservices, and modern web technologies (React/Node.js).
- Translate Business Needs: Convert complex business processes and requirements into secure, reusable IT solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and reference models.
- Lead API & Data Strategy: Direct the architecture and delivery of the API Layer and Digital Portals, providing guidance on microservices, event-driven architecture, and large-scale data pipelines.
- Collaborate and Deliver: Partner closely with Product Owners, Scrum Teams, and Agile Engineers to deliver high-value features and co-create architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- Ensure Governance & Quality: Organize solution design activities, ensure stakeholder alignment, and monitor implementation for compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
- Provide Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in API and application architecture, coaching and mentoring developers, and communicating complex technical concepts effectively to senior management.
  Qualifications and Requirements:       
- Proven expertise in enterprise software architecture and solution design, including 3+ years specifically with Azure cloud architecture in hybrid environments.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with API-first design, microservices, event-driven architecture, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Direct experience with the Azure data ecosystem (Databricks, Data Factory, Delta Lake, Synapse Analytics) and proficiency in cloud-native development languages (React, Node.js, Python, Scala, or SQL).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A highly intellectual self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, paired with outstanding communication skills and the proven ability to execute and follow through on complex initiatives to deliver promised results.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $150,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
