Job Description
As a Diesel Technician (Level 3–5), you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel-powered trucks and equipment. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience with diesel engines. Higher-level technicians will handle more complex diagnostics and repairs, ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on diesel trucks and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake work, and inspections
• Repair engines, transmissions, and other critical components
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify issues
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate service records
• Assist with advanced troubleshooting (Level 4–5 technicians)

• Level 3–5 Diesel Technician experience required

• CDL preferred (required for top pay tier at Level 5)
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
