Job Description
The Department Lead is expected to lead by example, coach associates, solve problems independently, and communicate effectively with Supervisors, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse Operations.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations across all repack lines.
- Assign labor based on workload, priorities, and customer requirements.
- Adjust staffing throughout the shift to maximize productivity.
- Ensure customer priorities are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate changeovers to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production goals and make adjustments throughout the shift.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous warehouse, production, or repackaging experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and time management skills
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift as needed
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency

The base pay range for this position is $17/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
