We are seeking a dependable and organized Truck Check-In Coordinator to lead daily operational activities related to truck check-in and check-out. This role serves as a key communication link between drivers, sales, and yard supervisors to ensure efficient yard operations. The ideal candidate will manage order changes, coordinate priority requests, and maintain accurate documentation while promoting a safe and clean work environment. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for success in this fast-paced setting.

• Manage the truck check-in/check-out process and monitor the truck check-in screen
 • Communicate with drivers to verify proper pick-up and drop-off information
 • Coordinate with sales and yard supervisors regarding order changes and priority requests
 • Process packing lists, delivery tickets, and ensure outbound drivers sign out properly with required documentation/photos
 • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• High school diploma or GED required
 • Speak and read English; bilingual Spanish preferred
 • Basic computer skills; experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
 • Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities
 • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities

The base pay range for this position is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note that hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
