Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and organized Truck Check-In Coordinator to lead daily operational activities related to truck check-in and check-out. This role serves as a key communication link between drivers, sales, and yard supervisors to ensure efficient yard operations. The ideal candidate will manage order changes, coordinate priority requests, and maintain accurate documentation while promoting a safe and clean work environment. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for success in this fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the truck check-in/check-out process and monitor the truck check-in screen
• Communicate with drivers to verify proper pick-up and drop-off information
• Coordinate with sales and yard supervisors regarding order changes and priority requests
• Process packing lists, delivery tickets, and ensure outbound drivers sign out properly with required documentation/photos
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Speak and read English; bilingual Spanish preferred
• Basic computer skills; experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities

The base pay range for this position is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
