Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support front-end communications and order processing in a fully remote environment. This role focuses primarily on written communication, including managing tickets, emails, and data-driven tasks with minimal phone interaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to ensure accurate order routing, timely updates, and excellent customer experience. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and route customer orders accurately across multiple systems
• Monitor order processing and ensure timely fulfillment through automation channels
• Handle customer inquiries via tickets, chats, and email with clear written communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to balance workloads and improve processes
• Maintain service levels and meet or exceed established KPIs

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 2+ years of customer service experience required
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data entry and ERP systems (JDE, Zendesk preferred)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems
