Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for day-to-day contact with assigned customers. This includes
processing emails, online orders, faxes, and handling daily calls. In addition, the Customer Service Representative
will assist Management with administrative and account maintenance support.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient processing of orders received daily by fax, email, online ordering, and telephone
- Handle or channel customer requests or complaints by contacting the sales manager or by submitting feedback, tech support, or a warranty ticket
- Handle customer requests and all troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Monitor accounts issues and communication/liaison with management to implement /drive solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of customer service
- Must be bilingual in English and Vietnamese OR Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
- Must have basic computer skills
