What matters most as the Pharmacy Customer Service Representative:
- Pay $19/ hour.
- Permanent, temp-to-hire opportunity with benefit access including medical plans, dental, and vision.
Your new role as the Pharmacy Customer Service Representative:
- Receiving and triaging inbound phone calls.
- Receiving and completing scheduling calls via dialer or outbound queues.
- Gathering demographics, plan information, patient history and other data and documenting in pharmacy application as necessary. •Contacting physicians for missing or required information.
- Processes document intake queue for pharmacy technician processing.
- Prepares shipping materials for packing stations
Your experience to be the Pharmacy Customer Service Representative:
- Previous work experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service
- Accustomed to working in high call volume environment.
- Experience working in Salesforce preferred

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
