Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join a growing team as a Customer Service Representative supporting custom label and sticker orders. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer expectations throughout the order process. You’ll work closely with internal teams while learning the ins and outs of flexographic and digital printing. Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and order updates
• Assist customers with product selection including materials, adhesives, and print options
• Enter quotes and job details accurately into internal systems
• Review artwork and purchase orders for completeness
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Communicate changes and updates clearly across departments
