Job Description
Lead a customer service team that serves both internal and external customers. Serve as the main point of contact for 10-15 employees. Be the one to motivate, coach, and help develop a strong team through providing great customer service and making sure KPI’s are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing levels for calls and quotes
- Handle escalations
- Improve processes and service levels
- Collaborate with internal teams
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience using CRM systems and SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strategic thinker

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $95,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
