We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join a Customer Service team as a Contract Review Specialist. In this entry-level role, you will play a critical part in reviewing and processing incoming sales orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with both customer requirements and internal standards. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to support daily operations and contribute to the company’s continued growth. Responsibilities
• Review and process incoming sales orders for accuracy and completeness
• Confirm receipt of customer orders submitted via email
• Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies or missing information
• Assist customers to ensure orders are accurate and ready for entry
• Enter and maintain customer and order data within internal systems
• Update system records including shipping addresses, contacts, and prospects
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives and internal departments
• Handle customer concerns or complaints and document appropriately
• Participate in inbound call support as part of the team phone line
• Assist with additional projects and administrative tasks as assigned

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve order-related issues
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with interruptions
• Self-motivated with a high degree of diligence and accountability
• Previous order entry or data entry experience preferred
• Industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
