Job Description
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at their Painesville, OH location. This role is a key point of contact for customers and business partners, handling inbound calls, emails, and order-related requests while ensuring a high level of service and follow-through.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and vendors, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members as needed
- Monitor shared email inboxes for customer inquiries, web orders, and potential leads
- Learn and apply knowledge of products and services to best support customer needs
- Assist customers with order tracking, general inquiries, and follow-up communication
- Complete administrative tasks such as basic filing and data entry and support special projects as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
