Job Description
An operations and maintenance company specializing in residential water and wastewater facilities is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Representative. The role involves managing high volumes of customer calls, providing timely and professional support, and resolving customer concerns. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment and are passionate about helping others. You will train at the Richmond office, then you will work in the Humble location.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound customer calls
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Follow all communication procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous customer care or call center experience required
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory
- Utility experience is a plus
