Job Description

The Customer & Billing Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication between the business, its clients, and internal departments.
This position is perfect for a people-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll spend much of your day communicating with customers over the phone and by email — resolving questions, processing orders, addressing billing or delivery issues, and occasionally assisting with AR collections and claim resolutions.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests
• Manage order entry, processing, and follow-up, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments through clear, proactive communication
• Handle billing questions, claims, and assist in AR collections as needed
• Research and resolve discrepancies or service issues promptly and professionally
• Support general administrative and accounting functions, including data entry and document scanning
• Solid technical skills preferred

• Prepare UPS shipping labels and assist with the coordination of outgoing product shipments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
• Experience and/or familiarity with handling conflict within vendor and customer relations
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette; comfortable managing high call volumes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and technologies; solid technical skills preferred.
• Team-oriented and professional
• Experience and/or familiarity with handling conflict within vendor and customer relations
