Job Description
We’re seeking a customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to support daily sales operations at the front counter. This role is responsible for greeting customers, identifying their needs, selling parts and equipment, and ensuring each sale is completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced showroom environment while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers courteously and professionally; assess customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and equipment
- Process counter sales from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Make recommendations for substitute or related items when necessary to support customer needs
- Print and process customer orders, ensuring correct pricing and classifications
- Stock and replenish shelves to maintain showroom inventory
- Perform clerical tasks related to sales, including sending warranty reports to manufacturers, preparing price quotations, and processing credits for returns
Qualifications and Requirements:
- MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION
- Extremely strong communication, fearless attitude
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with data entry and administrative systems
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines

The base pay range for this position is $31,200, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
