The Opportunity:
We are partnering with a well-established, privately held organization entering a significant growth phase. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader seeking ownership today and a clear path to VP of Finance / CFO.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Controller will lead the finance function, support growth initiatives, and help shape the long-term financial strategy of the business.

- End-to-end accounting and financial operations
- Financial reporting, close process, and performance insights
- Cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
