Job Description
Play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes and equipment as a Control Panel Assembler with a privately owned company that has been in business for over 100 years. This position focuses on assembling control panels while adhering to safety policies and quality standards. You will work with wiring, electrical diagrams, and panel fabrication processes. Our client is willing to train motivated, career-minded individuals who are eager to learn and grow long-term with the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble control panels by wiring components and routing electrical wiring
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints
- Use basic hand tools to assemble components with precision
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with quality requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Electrical wiring or construction experience preferred
- Ability to read electrical diagrams (or willingness to learn)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and fine motor skills
- Good eyesight and ability to finely manipulate fingers for detailed assembly work
- Career-minded attitude with a desire for long-term employment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and 5-year background check
