Job Description
Someone will be successful in this role by being detail-oriented and proactive in managing corporate card and expense functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency. By leveraging their knowledge of accounting principles and expense management software, they will effectively support employees, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows. Strong collaboration and communication skills will allow them to train personnel, refine processes, and implement best practices, enhancing overall financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the administration of the company’s corporate card and expense management program, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
- Assist employees with navigating the Concur system, providing guidance and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Regularly review and update policies, procedures, and internal controls related to expense reporting, including maintaining user guides and reference materials.
- Collaborate with finance teams and other departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices in expense management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience with expense management & administration within Concur
- General knowledge with accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $35.00-$60.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
