Job Description
As a CNC Set-up Machinist/ Programmer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting production goals and machining high-precision parts. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented machinist with experience in both CNC turning and CNC milling, setting up the equipment and programming with G-code.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and Program CNC lathes and milling machines to produce parts and components.
- Set up and program using G code/ Fanuc Controls
- Machine a variety of materials to close tolerances per blueprint specifications
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2-5 years of CNC Set-up and programming in G code
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude.
- Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting to 30lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

The base salary range for this position is $30-$32/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
