Job Description
As a CNC Programmer/Machinist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting production goals and machining high-precision parts on Haas vertical machining centers (VMCs) with Fanuc controls. Ideal for a self-sufficient programmer familiar with SurfCAM and tight-tolerance machining.
Responsibilities:
- Program and set up Haas VMCs using Fanuc controls
- Create and optimize CNC programs using SurfCAM
- Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings
- Machine a variety of materials to precise specifications
- Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain production efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years CNC programming and machining experience
- Proficiency with SurfCAM in a job shop or production environment
- Strong blueprints reading and GD&T interpretation
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

The base salary range for this position is $27-$32/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
