Job Description:
Our client, a leading custom furniture manufacturer, is hiring a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll set up and run CNC mills and lathes to produce plastic (non-metallic) parts that meet exact specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to do offsets and adjustments, to operate CNC machines, mills of metallic and non-metallic components
- Experience working with 3, 4, or 5 Axis
- Safely load and unload castings and raw materials into CNC equipment
- Identify and use the right inserts, fixtures, jigs, and tooling for each job
- Use gauges and measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet tolerance requirements
- Perform daily machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
- Use manual tools as needed to complete and finish parts
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of CNC Machine Operator experience (plastics experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs)

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position which is $19.00 – 22.00 per hour not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
