As a CNC Mill Setup Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires the ability to interpret blueprints, set tooling, adjust offsets, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of machining processes. This is a great opportunity for an experienced machinist looking for a stable second-shift position with a four-day workweek and paid 40-hour compensation.

Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to job specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Install tooling, set offsets, and make necessary machine adjustments
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards
Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Minimum 2+ years of CNC mill setup experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools
Strong understanding of G-code and machining principles
Ability to work independently and maintain production efficiency

Pay Rate: $20.00–$26.00 per hour based on experience

The base pay range for this position is $20.00–$26.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
