Job Description
We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists with premium threading expertise for full time night shift positions. This role is responsible for complete CNC setup, threading operations, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision. Candidates will work across various products and materials while maintaining strict quality, safety, and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform complete CNC machine setup, including premium threading across multiple products and materials
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make program edits as required
- Conduct dimensional inspections and maintain product traceability throughout the process
- Assist the Leadman/Supervisor with training Level 1, 2, and 3 CNC Machinists
- Meet or exceed KPIs, complete required documentation, and report all non conformances
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience with premium threading
- Strong CNC setup and troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience with Fanuc controls
- High attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety standards
