Job Description
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to produce precision parts that meet strict quality standards. You will use measuring tools, interpret CNC prints, complete documentation, and ensure the machines run safely and efficiently throughout your shift.

Responsibilities
· Read and interpret CNC prints and precision measurements down to .000
· Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to maintain tight tolerances
· Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify part quality
· Complete quality forms, inspection reports, and daily production paperwork
· Utilize hand tools and shop equipment including air guns, wrenches, and drill presses
· Perform basic troubleshooting and make minor machine adjustments as needed
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth production flow

· Strong ability to read CNC prints and understand tight tolerances
· Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
· Familiarity with machine controls (start, stop, E-stop) and basic troubleshooting
· High school diploma, GED, or technical training preferred
· Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and production documents
· Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout the shift
· Good hand-eye coordination and ability to handle tools and machine controls
· 1–5 years of CNC machine operation or related machining experience
