Job Description
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to produce precision parts that meet strict quality and ISO standards. This role is critical to maintaining production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and delivering high-quality components on time. You will work in a safety-focused manufacturing environment while ensuring accuracy, documentation compliance, and consistent machine performance.
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components.
Read and interpret CNC prints and specifications with tolerances to .000.
Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to verify part quality.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production.
Complete quality documentation, inspection reports, and daily production records accurately.
Utilize hand tools and shop equipment such as air guns, wrenches, and drill presses.
Perform basic troubleshooting and follow proper machine control procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues.

Qualifications and Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school experience preferred.
1–5 years of experience operating CNC or similar precision machining equipment.
Strong ability to read CNC prints and understand tight tolerances.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers.
Basic understanding of CNC machine controls and troubleshooting.
Ability to read, write, and complete production and quality documentation.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
1–5 years of experience operating CNC or similar precision machining equipment.
Strong ability to read CNC prints and understand tight tolerances.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers.
Basic understanding of CNC machine controls and troubleshooting.
Ability to read, write, and complete production and quality documentation.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
