Job Description
The Client Experience Manager plays a key role in overseeing client relationships, managing project workflows, and driving business growth within the large-format graphics and experiential branding industry. This role requires a seasoned professional who understands print production, materials, installation methods, and the full lifecycle of graphics-based projects. You will guide clients from concept to completion while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality visual experiences. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships from initial concept through final installation
- Oversee all project details, including quoting, scheduling, production, and execution
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within graphics, events, and experiential markets
- Partner with design, print, and installation teams to deliver creative solutions
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-format graphics, print production, or experiential/event branding
- Strong understanding of substrates, materials, finishing techniques, and production workflows
- Hands-on knowledge of installation methods and large-scale graphics processes
- Proven background in client management, project coordination, and account growth
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining strong communication and follow-through
- Experience preparing quotes, proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Established professional network within graphics, exhibit, or event industries
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales or revenue goals
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative, with a passion for creative problem-solving

The base salary range for this position is $70,000–$75,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
