Job Description
As a Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee the financial health of the facility, manage budgets, accounting, financial reporting and revenue cycle. You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and work on optimizing funding and reimbursement from various sources. You will analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions and maintain the hospital’s economic stability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Business Office/revenue cycle team
- Manage Finance and Accounting
- HIM responsibilities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BS in Finance/Accounting
- 4+ years of progressive experience in a healthcare/hospital setting (preferably CAH)
- 3+ years of supervisory experience

The base salary range for this position is $120,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
