Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across commercial and government facilities. In this role, you’ll ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable codes. This position is ideal for a technician who values consistent work, a daytime schedule, and a public-service environment.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
- Ensure systems meet safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
- Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications and Requirements:
- HVAC experience in commercial or industrial settings
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and safety standards
- EPA certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
