Job Description
As a Certification Intake Specialist, you will receive and process applications for voucher programs, interview applicants, determine eligibility, process billing and other clerical duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process applications for voucher programs
- Interview applicants, determine eligibility
- Process applicants from waiting list
- Process billing
- Pre-employment screening required
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Capacity to interpret policies, regulations and eligibility criteria

The base salary for this position is $19+/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
